StrataHub provides enterprise AI consulting, engineering, and related software services. Specific engagement scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or service agreements, which take precedence over these general terms for the matters they cover.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product developed for a client under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. StrataHub retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. All content on this website is the property of StrataHub and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged in the course of an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. Detailed confidentiality obligations are set out in mutual NDAs or the applicable service agreement.
5. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates produced by tools on this site (including the ROI calculator) are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from service engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
